Expertise proved critical to success

The Foresters Friendly Society provides low cost life insurance, savings plans and health & sickness insurance plans. The society’s special mutual status means members join together to help one another fund their policies. The society also provides a range of additional membership benefits such as discretionary grants, social activities and friendship and support throughout the UK.

A few years ago the organisation closed sites across the UK and centralised to a permanent Headquarters based in Southampton.  The process of centralisation absorbed resources and Mark Rothery, Chief Executive at the time, sought additional support. Mark retained his involvement in the long-term sectors of insurance such as life and savings, which are his main areas of expertise.

Noyce Insurance Solutions was asked to manage other key elements of the business and safeguard relationships with existing clients.  This included liability, pensions and trustees as well as overseeing a wide range of property portfolios.

Since that time the Chief executive position has been taken on by Kevin Dann who speaks equally highly of the company as Noyce have helped with the smooth transition with out fuss.
