Where a specific warranty attaches to a policy it is vital that it is complied with as failure to do so can void the policy.  Please ensure you are aware of all warranties and conditions and ensure that they are being complied with.  If you are in any doubt please contact us.

as failure to comply with any of these warranties or conditions precedent to liability may invalidate policy cover and lead to non-payment of claims. 

In respect of warranties this can happen even if the breach of a warranty has no bearing on a particular claim.
