Noyce Insurance Solutions is an independent commercial insurance broker.
We are truly independent and have access to the whole insurance market including Lloyd’s of London. Our team are highly motivated and experienced insurance professionals. We are committed to providing our clients with the correct level of insurance protection and an outstanding level of service.

MEET THE TEAM
Shawn joined the Noyce team as a director in December 2012 and brings with him over 25 years of experience running and developing insurance broking businesses. This experience will help with the development plans for Noyce Insurance whilst maintaining his strong links with the clients that he has brought to the company.
Tom brings over 40 years insurance experience to Noyce Insurance. Tom’s experience is invaluable when dealing with the more complex insurance needs from complex product distribution to very high risk industries. Tom is responsible for running the business which includes all the regulator controls required to comply with the FCA regulations. This ensures that clients are secure in the knowledge that they are dealing with a compliant and professional company.
Ann uses her skills gained over the past 30 years in insurance to manage the insurance team as well as some of the key accounts for Noyce Insurance. She has a passion for providing a quality and efficient service ensuring the business meets all the client’s demands and needs on time every time. Ann started at the Guardian Royal Exchange before joining Bassett Insurance Brokers Ltd in 1989 and has remained in broking ever since.
Jodene joined the Noyce team from Aston Scott where she worked alongside Shawn Biles in support of accounts for which he is responsible. She joined in January 2013 and brings with her a font of insurance knowledge. Qualified to Cert CII Jodene strengthens the quality team at Noyce Insurance whilst maintaining the strong links with the clients that have moved to the company with Shawn.
Experience of working with national and local brokers in the past has provided Sue with a broad range of knowledge and skills. Sue’s experience is vital when dealing with the more complex insurance needs from complex product distribution to very high risk industries.
Charmaine represents the “shop window” of the business, using the claims skills attained at companies such as Norwich Union and Fortis to bring an efficient service and quick response to those clients that are unfortunate enough to have a claim, taking much of the worry and the submission of paperwork out of clients' hands. Charmaine's aim is to provide a quick and satisfactory resolution for all claims presented.
James is an experience account handler with over 14 years of experience within the commercial and corporate insurance industry, he is a great support to our customers. He uses all this experience and industry knowledge to improve our customer facing account handling processes which allows for quick and effective interactions. With his professional and analytical mind, all accounts handled by James are in good hands which is reflected in customer feedback.
Karen is an experienced commercial account handler and joins Noyce with nearly 30 years’ experience working in the insurance sector. She is results driven and will provide our clients with the complete package, supporting with claims, queries and policy adjustment. Karen prides herself on her excellent customer service and we are pleased to be adding such a proficient individual to the Noyce team.
Tracy has joined the Noyce team to become an account handler and brings with her a wealth of expertise. She has a pro-active approach to her role and is committed to providing our customers with excellent service and support. Tracy has over 23 years’ experience in financial and general insurance, and comes with glowing testimonials from her previous clients.
Laura brings with her over 20 years of experience in insurance broking and commercial underwriting. She is adept at carrying out key administrative roles and is a valuable asset to team. Laura is passionate about supporting her community and has dedicated a large amount of time volunteering within local educational establishments to help shape the next generation.
Sally joined Noyce Insurance in 2016. She was initially trained by The Royal Insurance Group and now has in excess of 40 years’ experience in commercial insurance broking. She is passionate about providing the right service and client care to the Corporate Accounts that she manages, and is at home with all types of risks from Construction and Motor Trade through to large property risks, charities, tourist attractions and static historical vessels and monuments.
Suzanne has an impressive resume working as a commercial account handler, with over 15 years’ experience in the Insurance industry. Suzanne is highly self-motivated and is known for her excellent organisation and communication skills. Her engaging and flexible nature makes her a very valuable asset to the Noyce Insurance team.
Lyn looks after both the business finance and as well as the management of the clients and insurance payment process. With a vast experience of corporate finance and accounts, Lyn provides the back office support to the business as well as ensure that we meet all regularity requirements when handling clients’ money.
Maria has been active in the insurance market for over 25 years which has provided her with a wide range of skills. Since joining Noyce in April 2014 Maria has brought her very reliable and efficient skill set to support both old and new clients. Handling accounts at Noyce combines Maria people skills and industry knowledge to support clients as and when they need it.
Julia supports Lyn with handling the business’ finance, insurance payment process and client administration. Julia has worked in this industry for many years and provides robust support to both Lyn and the business.
Tom is a key member of our account handling team with over 40 years’ experience within the insurance broker market and more importantly of working with customers to understand and protect their businesses. Tom is able to blend his vast insurance market knowledge, with his passion to maintain and develop strong customer relationships, to both deliver for customers on a daily bases. His customer centric focus allows Noyce clients to get the support they need.
